- kandy sI am lost for enough words to say how wonderful these people are. We have had a nightmare 2 week septic situation that Clark Wright fixed for us almost immediately. First, P and P came for a routine septic pump and pulled our pump house out without our knowledge! We then called Enviro-tech who came a week later, installed the wrong pump, and disappeared. The third time was a charm with these guys- Michaela ,who answered the phone, is the most competent, compassionate, and knowledgeable customer service person we have ever experienced. She walked us through figuring out what we needed and held our virtual hand during many phone calls. Chad came out to see our system the day before and completed the job within a couple days of our first contact. After 2 weeks of no laundry and 1 minute showers he is definitely the man of the hour and we are so grateful for the excellent service he provided.
